Building a Team and a Product

This past April, I left a job I loved armed with an idea of how technology could help nonprofits, weeks of research and customer discovery, and a pitch deck. Shortly after, we closed a $500k pre-seed round led by Atlanta Ventures.

By May I had partnered with an incredibly talented co-founder and CTO, Seth Radman. A few weeks later the esteemed Connor Ford joined Infinite Giving as our Senior Full Stack Engineer and we recruited award winning software developer Arvin Poddar to round out our team.

This summer I studied and passed the Series 65 securities law exam to become an Investment Advisor Representative. We launched a new website and began publishing resources and content. We continued to speak with customers, hired a compliance firm, chose a custodian, and we built. Just over four months later, we are officially launched.

SEC Registered Investment Advisor

Today we are proud to announce that our investment platform is live and Infinite Giving is officially a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC. We are the world's first investment platform built specifically for nonprofits to automate their investment strategy and grow their giving. Our product is live and it is beautiful. Our robo-advisor helps nonprofits invest reserve funds, create and manage endowments, and receive stocks. Investing isn't easy, we just make it feel that way.

I am so proud of our team and beyond thankful for all the support we have received from our amazing customers, investors, advisors, friends, family, and Atlanta technology community. We are just getting started.

If you are a nonprofit Executive Director or Board Member, we'd love to help you grow. Sign up for a free consultation with an Investment Advisor Representative today!
